Type: Gluten Free High Protein Flour
Ingredients: Foxtail millet, Amaranth flour, Defatted Soya flour, Bengal gram flour, Potato starch, Tapioca flour and Edible gum. This healthy gluten free protein rich millet flour is beneficial for children and young to support their healthy growth. Having higher protein approximately 50% more than the regular flours it takes care of your increased requirements for a more active lifestyle.
Usage: Make soft dough with lukewarm water. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes before rolling out into chappatis /paranthas. If rolling poses much difficulty/or for making chappatis more soft (to be kept softer for longer duration) the mix can be made into batter with little more water and prepared as cheela on a non-stick tawa (Best for tiffins) The healthy chappatis are best served with curries, vegetables, gravies.
Alternate Use: The flour can be made as cheela for more soft texture. Add chopped sautéd vegetables/ cottage cheese to the cheela for making exotic wrap
Storage: Store in an air tight container. Keep in a cool and dry place.
