  2. Medical Equipment
  • But
  1. The item(s) must be unworn, in the state you received them with original inner and outer packaging
  2. All the product tags should be entirely intact


When should you inform Best Deals?

  • You should duly inform Best Deals within 1 day from delivery (e.g. If courier received on 14th January 2018, you can maximum return by 23:59 hr. on 15th January 2018) of the item through the following modes
  1. Submit Enquiry under Help option available on the APP Home Page 24 x 7
  2. Email to at your convenience 24 x 7
  3. Call to 1800 1038 465 (Toll Free) between 1000 hr. – 1800 hr. from Monday to Saturday


How should I get the item(s) returned?

Being a valued customer, it is our privilege to make your journey easy & relaxing

  • Our courier partner will come and collect the parcel from the point of delivery within 2-4 business days with prior intimation
  • If we cannot help you with a pick up from the point of delivery, you are requested to send the parcel to us at the following address. We shall pay back INR 100 in the form of Store Credit in your Vestige Best Deals account

When should I get my refund?

  • You refund will be initiated once we received your item(s) at our warehouse. Refund credit generally takes 24-48 hours
  • Your refund will be given in the form of Store Credit, which can be used in your next purchase with Vestige Best Deals at your convenience



Cancellation Policy:


  • You can cancel your order before dispatch only
  • Once order is dispatched you are liable to receive the item(s)
  • If you have already paid for the item(s) you cancelled, we will refund the paid amount in the same mode of your payment i.e. if you have paid using a credit card, the refund will be done into the credit card account
  • The refund amount generally takes 7 to 10 business days to get reflect in your account
